We Three Heroes by Lynette Noni

This is novella attached to the Medoran Chronicles and is book 4.5.

“We all have to do our part if we’re to survive the coming storm”

Alexandra Jennings might be the hero of The Medoran Chronicles, but she would be lost without her three closest friends. They are her heroes and like all heroes, they each have their own story.

Meet the real D.C. in Crowns and Curses and discover how she becomes the princess Alex once despised but now adores.

Follow Jordan on his healing journey in Scars and Silence as he struggles in the wake of being rescued from his living nightmare.

Walk beside Bear in Hearts and Headstones as he faces an unspeakable trauma while helping his world prepare for the upcoming war.

D.C., Jordan and Bear are the heroes of their own stories.

It is time for their stories to be told.

I really loved reading more about D.C., Jordan and Bear. The timing of where these stories in the overall timeline of the Medoran Chronicles was perfect as it was where I wanted more information from Alex’s friends.

Crowns and Curses tells the story of how D.C. actually ended up at Akarnae with her being the princess and why she hid her identity from all the students.

Scars and Silence is one I really enjoyed. I loved reading D.C and Jordan became really close and even dating. It was interesting to see Jordan come to grips with what happened to him as much as he could.

Hearts and Headstones brought a few tears to my eyes that I didn’t get when I was reading the main storyline in the sense of what was happening to those Alex didn’t spend a lot of time with. I loved how even though Bear lost his dad he new the right thing to do was to continue helping Alex.

Overall I loved the insight We Three Heroes gave to Alex’s friends and their perspective of things that were happening throughout the Medoran Chronicles.
